The Opportunity: Coach Driver

Do you want a lot of variety in your job as a coach driver? Then this job is perfect for you! As an all-round coach driver, one day you’ll be taking a group of 7th graders on a school trip, and the next day you’ll be picking up guests at the community center for a multi-day trip abroad. Just as easily, you might be assigned to international line services. It doesn't get more varied than this. But no matter who your passengers are, you are the host of the bus, ensuring everyone arrives safely and comfortably at their destination.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

As a coach driver/tour guide, you’ll be leading day and multi-day trips within the country and abroad, including overnight stays. Your tasks will also include day trips and (international) line services. With your professional appearance and smooth driving style, you represent our client(s). You put the client first, and they recognize you for your hospitality, helpfulness, and great tour guiding. Every workday is different, thanks to the variety of routes. Together with you, we determine your assignments based on your experience, preferences, and availability.

WHAT DO YOU BRING?

· Driver’s license D, Code 95, and a driver’s pass

· Proven driving skills: you handle a coach with ease

· Customer friendliness: you are the host of your coach, and it shows

· Flexibility with working hours

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Drive day and multi-day trips domestically and internationally, with overnight stays as needed.

• With professionalism and care, you’ll make each trip memorable, ensuring passengers feel welcome, comfortable, and safe.

• Enjoy the change in routes and passengers while working within a close-knit, supportive team.

• Based on your experience, preferences, and availability, we tailor assignments that align with your career goals.

WHAT DO YOU GET IN RETURN?

You’ll receive a salary according to the Collective Labor Agreement for Goods Transport. For this position, that’s about €3,500 net every 4 weeks. Do you work shifts or night shifts? Those come with generous shift bonuses.
